Greetings from Krabi!
Finally, time for the long awaited and much needed break away from work. 9 days of pure madness under the sun, glorious beaches, crystal clear water, snorkeling with pretty fishies and chugging ice cold beer. I'm loving just the sound of it!
Touched down in Krabi around 3ish this afternoon. Tiger Airways ain't as bad as what most of my friends have feedback to me. Anyway, checked into Phrang Nang Inn Resort in Ao Nang...quaint little place and just literally 10 steps from the beach. Not to mention the pool is just out side my balcony too! Will post pictures when I get back! =)
The rest of the afternoon was spend checking out Ao Nang. I'm loving it already! Heaps of touristy shops selling all sorts of nic knacks, push carts with barbecued chicken, awesome banana and chocolate pancakes (thai style)....did I mentioned I already had 2 servings since I got here? I'm so gonna put on weight!
Watched the sunset....it was just awesome with the krast formation in the background and the horizon just further beyond. Going snorkeling tomorrow. Here fishy, fishy, fishy....
